Gdansk by kayak tour highlights:
Gdansk by kayak is our classic, most popular adventure all year round (yes, we do kayaking also in the winter as long as water is not frozen). This trip takes you on a loop around two islands of Gdansk: Granary Island and Olowianka Island, along the Motlawa Canal, meaning you get to take in all the highlights! Join us on a spectacular paddle.

You should be able to control your kayak with ease. Your physical fitness is average and allows for 2 hours of activity.

If there is not a time available or not enough spaces then please contact us as we may be able to add extra. All of our tours can be organized as a private event for small as well as bigger group.
Along the way you will have unique chance to see some of most important Gdansk’s highlights by kayak. Among others: Crane (Żuraw), Soldek Ship, Granary Island, Olowianka Island, Olowianka Footbridge, Radunia Canal, Motlawa River Embankment, The Polish Baltic Philharmonic, Gdansk Shipyard and Dead Vistula or Stone Lock and Old city moat depending on the water and wind conditions.
Gdansk is quite uniquely located at the crossroads of sea and river routes, waterways of the Vistula river at the Baltic estuary, as well as the Radunia and Motlawa rivers. This had a significant impact on the city’s development. The daily living as shown in literature and drawings proves that water was the important element of the city’s life. It is important today to show Gdansk through its relation to water.
For the best kayaking experience we provide quality equipment – stable touring kayaks, lightweight paddles, life vests, dry bags for your documents and spray skirts which will keep you dry and warm inside the kayak, even in a rainy day. Gear matters!
