Regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you of the following:
1. The administrator of your personal data is the company Fundacja FORREST (hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR”), with its registered office at ul. Cieszyńskiego 16/5, 80-809 Gdańsk.

Your personal data is processed based on the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2019, item 1781), i.e., based on the consent of the data subject.
4. You have the right to withdraw the above consent at any time by contacting us via email at hello@aroundgdansk.pl or in writing at Fundacja FORREST, ul. Cieszyńskiego 16/5, 80-809 Gdańsk.

You also have the right to access your personal data, obtain copies of them, request their deletion, restrict processing, complete, update, correct, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue, or have been collected in violation of the law, or if they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
6. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
8. We process the provided personal data for the purpose necessary to carry out activities related to the implementation of kayak trips.
9. Regardless of the above, we inform you that we may retain the provided personal data for the purpose of establishing, investigating, or defending claims related to the process of implementing kayak trips for the period necessary to pursue claims, the limitation period for claims under applicable law, or until the final conclusion of proceedings aimed at establishing, investigating, or defending claims related to the implementation of kayak trips.
10. Personal data may be disclosed to: a) entities authorized to process personal data under the provisions of the law, b) entities cooperating in the field of IT support services and providing IT software, c) entities cooperating in the field of accounting and personnel services, d) entities cooperating in the field of legal services.
11. We also inform you that personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and that we do not transfer the provided personal data to other data controllers (subject to point 11).
12. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in the inability to use the service of implementing kayak trips or contact the Administrator.
